We offer store credit within 7 days, no refunds. If 7 days have gone by since the day your package was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit.

Please e-mail hello@hippoclothing.com to initiate a return along with your name and order number. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item(s) to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
